About us

The Torch is the official student-managed newspaper of Lane Community College. It is published every Thursday during Fall, Winter and Spring terms.

It is an autonomous publication free from censorship by the college administration, faculty and student government. It’s average circulation is 2,700 and is distributed on campus.
